Ingredients

  • Cous Cous: 200 gr
  • Spring Onion: 80 gr
  • Water: 200 ml
  • Tomato: 300 gr
  • Peas: 200 gr
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil: To taste
  • Salt: To taste
  • Pepper: To taste
Vegetarian cous cous

Steps

  1. Place the water into the bottom of the Care Plus Protect Steamer
  2. Add the cous cous and the water, 2 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper and mix well
  3. Dice the tomato and slice the spring onion, than place it into the lower basket
  4. Insert the lower basket and close with the lid
  5. Place the Steamer into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 8 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
  6. Press Start to start cooking
  7. When ready remove the basket and pour the vegetables onto the cous cous, add some oil, mix weel and serve
